 Please read these Official Rules carefully to understand your eligiblity and restrictions that are applied:

 1. TO ENTER:   There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to fill out an entry. Your entry allows you to nominate yourself, a friend or a family member for a Free Day of Quality Care.There is no obligation to purchase home care and current clients ARE eligible to win a free day of care. Contracting home care will not increase your chances to win. Employees and family members of Home Sweet Home Care Inc. are not eligible to enter. To participate go to http://www.homesweethomecareinc.com/ and subscribe to our quartlery newsletter by entering your email in Join Our Mailing List. You will be required to confirm your subscription to our mailing list. This Sweepstakes is available only in the U.S.; void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.

 2. WINNER SELECTION & ELIGIBILITY: One winner will be drawn at random from all current newsletter subscribers each quarter. Should this person, or ther person they wish to nomiate, not qualify for our services, or does not claim the prize, then another entry will be drawn at random. Winner will have 10 working days to claim the prize. If the winner is not a current Home Sweet Home Client, then the winner must also schedule an assessment for the nominee to determine if the nominee meets eligibility within 10 working days of claiming the prize. Whether the nominee meets the eligibility requirements for a Free Day of Care will be determined solely by Home Sweet Home Care Inc. The senior to whom the service will be provided must reside in Home Sweet Home Care Inc.'s service area. Additionally, eligibility will be further determined by a Certified Senior Advisor, after completing a Free Needs Assessment.  Home Sweet Home Care Inc. has specific criteria that must be met before it will assign a caregiver to a client. Home Sweet Home Care Caregivers are among a group of highly-trained staff who are skilled in non-medical care. Non-medical care can provide bathing and dressing assistance, medication reminders, and assistance with transferring from the bed to a chair, meal preperation, and a variety of other tasks.  All non-clients are given a Free Needs Assessment to determine if a Home Sweet Home Inc. non-medical services are appropriate for that person.  

The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of current newsletter subscribers each quarter. Winners will be notified by email. The prize will be awarded only to an eligible senior and it is non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. Entrants agree that Home Sweet Home Care Inc. has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this promotion and that a decision by Home Sweet Home Care Inc. is final and binding. By acceptance of the prize, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Home Sweet Home Care inc., and other participating partners in the promotion, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of this prize. Delivery of the free day of care is subject to the prize winner agreeing to the terms of service which are part of everyday policy and procedures used by Home Sweet Home Care Inc. Winner assumes all applicable tax liability for the  prize.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the names, voices, pictures, likenesses, and city and state of residences (not the actual physical address) for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion (except where prohibited) in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Home Sweet Home Care Inc., its affiliates, partners and sponsors, without additional compensation to the recipient of the prize.

A potential winner may be requested to provide the sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. The winner may be required to execute a Publicity Release which must be returned within 14 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.

3.ENTRIES: You may enter the contest at any time. Eliglbe entries will be all current newsletter subscribers on the date of the drawing.

4. PRIZE:  The prize of One Free Day of Service includes and is limited to a total of eight (8) hours of service, with a minimum of four (4) hours of service per visit. Service shall be provided in accordance with Home Sweet Home Care Inc.'s normal policies and procedures and winner shall agree to be bound by those policies and procedures in order to accept the eight hours of free service. Any service times required beyond the hours awarded through the prize, will have to be arranged for via Home Sweet Home Care Inc.'s normal rates or through some other service provider.

 5. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER:  Once eligibility of the winner has been confirmed and all necessary documents have been signed, Home Sweet Home Care Inc. will announce the winner through their website http://www.homesweethomecareinc.com/, their newsletter, and otehr advertising mediums as they deem necessary and approprite. 

6. DISCLAIMERS:  Home Sweet Home Care Inc. and partners are not responsible for errors in printing or electronic presentation of the Sweepstakes. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Home Sweet Home Inc.'s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Home Sweet Home Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Home Sweet Home Care Inc. Home Sweet Home Care Inc. further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. Home Sweet Home Care Inc. also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for arranging e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Rules are subject to any requirements/limitations imposed by the FCC. By accepting any of the benefits of the prize awarded, you shall have agreed to be bound by the provisions of this disclaimer. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
